PORTARIA Nº 057/2002-SEFAZ


O SECRETÁRIO DE ESTADO DE FAZENDA DE MATO GROSSO, no uso de suas atribuições legais, e

CONSIDERANDO que o artigo 16 das Portarias nos 025/99-SEFAZ, de 28.04.99 e 075/2000-SEFAZ, de 04.10.2000, estabelece condições para renovação de regimes especiais nelas disciplinados;

CONSIDERANDO ser condição para a manutenção dos mencionados regimes especiais, que a Superintendência Adjunta de Fiscalização – SAFIS emita certidão de fiscalização, em relação a cada contribuinte detentor do tratamento tributário diferenciado;

CONSIDERANDO, porém, que o reduzido quadro de FTE lotados junto à SAFIS não é suficiente para o desenvolvimento das atividades fiscais demandadas para assegurar a renovação dos referidos regimes especiais;

CONSIDERANDO, por fim, que aos entraves vinculados a tais regimes, somam-se problemas similares decorrentes da Instrução Normativa nº 11/99-CGSIAT, de 15.10.99,

R E S O L V E:

Art. 1º Ficam prorrogados, até 31.12.2002, o prazo dos regimes especiais e credenciamentos/autorizações das empresas abaixo relacionadas, concedidos em consonância com as Portarias nos 025/99 e 075/2000-SEFAZ, e com a Instrução Normativa no 011/99-CGSIAT:

Art. 2º Constatada, a qualquer tempo, irregularidade no cumprimento das obrigações principal e acessórias, bem como às disposições contidas nas Portarias nos 025/99 e 075/2000-SEFAZ, e na Instrução Normativa nº 011/99-CGSIAT, o benefício concedido será, a qualquer tempo, sumariamente suspenso.

Art. 3º Esta Portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publicação, produzindo efeitos a partir de 1º.07.2002.

Art. 4º Revogam-se as disposições em contrário.
